Celestine Donkor to Host 20th Anniversary Show on March 6 in Accra

Gospel music powerhouse Celestine Donkor has revealed that she will host a special 20th anniversary show on March 6, 2026, marking two decades since she began her influential music career.

The event, set to take place at a major venue in Accra, promises an unforgettable night of praise, worship, and celebration, featuring performances from leading gospel artists as well as music ministry segments that highlight Celestine Donkor’s impact on Ghana’s music landscape over the last 20 years.

In an interview about the upcoming concert, Celestine Donkor described the anniversary show as both a thanksgiving event and a way to honour supporters who have journeyed with her since the start of her career — praising God for sustained favour and musical milestones along the way.

“This concert is a moment of gratitude — a way for me to honour God and my fans for standing with me through every season,” Donkor said.

Known for hit songs such as “Turning Around for You”, “My Everything”, and “Okronkronhene”, Celestine Donkor has become a household name in Ghana’s gospel scene and beyond. Her music often blends traditional gospel with contemporary praise elements, resonating with diverse audiences across generations.

The March 6 celebration is expected to attract gospel lovers, industry stakeholders, and music lovers who have been impacted by her ministry. Organisers have also hinted at surprise performances and collaborative features that will add to the night’s significance.

Ticketing details, supporting artists, and the full lineup are expected to be announced as the concert date approaches, with fans encouraged to secure their seats early due to anticipated high demand.
