Akwasi Boadi, popularly known as Akrobeto, has disclosed that Christian Atsu once gifted him €800

The Actor and TV show host made this revelation on his show, The Real News on UTV.

He mentioned that the money was given to fellow actor Kwaku Manu to be given to him as an appreciation from the soccer player as the actor entertained him after playing.

According to Akrobeto, he had no personal relationship with the soccer player but his kind gesture touched his heart  and after the soccer player’s brother had called to confirm the money actually came from Christian Atsu.

The Actor bemoaned the whereabouts of Christian Atsu following the deadly earthquake which has claimed many lives in Turkey and Syria.

He added that so many people including the media reported finding Christian Atsu alive but all reports turned out to be untrue as the player is still missing.

Christian Atsu’s whereabouts is unknown despite continuous rescue efforts to locate the player and other victims of the earthquake believed to be buried under rubble.

Early reports claimed he was found alive and sent to a hospital but this was debunked after failing to locate the exact location of the health center where the player was taken to.

Wife of Christian Atsu is however optimistic of seeing her missing husband alive and cannot wait for that moment.

Friends, families and the entire nation have kept the player in their prayers hoping to see him alive.

Some Thermal cameras were reported to have captured some unidentified human beings under rubble at Christian Atsu’s residence but latest reports indicate that only the player’s shoes have so far been found at his residence.
