BBNaija Season 11 Finale

After ten weeks of games, strikes, shock twists and one very loud fight, Big Brother Naija Season 11 reaches its final night on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Nine housemates are still standing in the “Show Ya Sef” house, and one of them will walk away with a record N160 million grand prize, the biggest cash reward the show has ever offered.

Aikou, Barry, Bluethopia, Flora, Oyin, Ricky, Sheba, Temi Nkem and Tram are the last housemates left, and fans across Nigeria, Ghana and the rest of Africa are now asking the same question: who takes it all?

Meet the Nine BBNaija Season 11 Finalists

The season opened on July 26, 2026 with 24 housemates. Weekly evictions, disciplinary action and a string of format twists have now cut the group down to nine.

The finalists heading into Sunday’s live show are:

  • Aikou
  • Barry
  • Bluethopia
  • Flora
  • Oyin
  • Ricky
  • Sheba
  • Temi Nkem
  • Tram

The winner will be decided by viewers’ votes.

Quick Facts

  • Show: Big Brother Naija Season 11, “Show Ya Sef” edition
  • Premiere: July 26, 2026, with 24 housemates
  • Finale: Sunday, October 4, 2026
  • Grand prize: N160 million, the largest in the show’s history
  • Finalists: 9 housemates
  • Disqualifications this season: 2, including Keivo in the final week

The Gambit: A Twist That Changed the Season

This season introduced a brand-new format called “The Gambit”. Early in the season, viewers voted to place one male and one female housemate, Aikou and Flora, into the Gambit.

The deal sounded sweet at first. Both were guaranteed a spot in the finale. The catch was heavy, though: Gambit housemates could not win the grand prize. They could still play weekly tasks, arena games and sponsored challenges for other rewards.

That rule did not last to the end. Viewers were later given the chance to release the pair from their Gambit status, and the restriction was lifted. That means Aikou and Flora now go into Sunday’s finale with the same shot at the N160 million as everyone else.

How Barry’s Veto Sent Everyone to the Finale

Barry has been one of the standout players of the season. He won Head of House twice, including the final Head of House challenge, and that run gave him the Ultimate Veto Power.

In Week 9, Big Brother called him to the Diary Room and gave him two options: “Immunity For All” or “Immunity For None”. Barry chose immunity for all. With that one decision, there was no public vote and no eviction that week, and all ten remaining housemates went straight into the finale.

Big Brother also told Barry to keep his choice a secret. Any hint to the others would have cost him his own immunity. To add to the drama, Biggie staged a fake eviction of Ricky, Tram and Temi Nkem before the truth came out that all ten were safe.

From Ten Finalists to Nine

The top ten did not stay intact for long. On Monday, September 29, a row over a black shirt between Keivo and Tram turned physical. Tram accused Keivo of taking his shirt, Keivo denied it and said he would not be called a thief on live TV, and the argument turned into a scuffle.

Big Brother froze the house and sent in the Ninjas to calm things down. After reviewing the footage, Biggie named Keivo as the one at fault. He was disqualified on Tuesday and his name was taken off the voting list for the finale.

Keivo, whose real name is Victor Ikpe, has since apologised. “I take full responsibility for my actions. My emotions took the best of me,” he said. He added that physical confrontation “is never a solution” and promised to learn and do better.

His exit was the second disqualification of the season. Earlier, housemate Nomy had her stay ended after collecting strikes for breaking house rules.

Who Could Win the N160 Million?

There are no official vote counts out yet, so any prediction is a guess. Still, a few names have stood out.

Barry goes in with the strongest game record, having controlled the house as Head of House more than once and holding the power that shaped the final week. Temi Nkem and Ricky have done well in fan polls online, although those polls are not official. Aikou and Flora already showed in the early weeks that they can pull public votes, which could matter on Sunday.

Tram is another name to watch. His clash with Keivo put him at the centre of the final week’s biggest storyline, and moments like that can push viewers to vote either way.

Fan Reactions

Social media has been split over the final week. Some fans feel Keivo was pushed too far, while others insist that hitting another housemate is a line that should never be crossed, whatever the reason. The Gambit twist has also kept viewers talking, with many saying it made this season harder to predict than past editions.

BBNaija stars have a history of carrying their fame well beyond the house. Season 4 winner Mercy Eke is still making headlines years later, while Level Up winner Phyna was in the news this week after knocking out Nkechi Blessing in a celebrity boxing match. Whoever wins on Sunday will be joining that list.

What to Expect on Finale Night

Sunday’s live show will bring the “Show Ya Sef” journey to an end, with viewers’ votes deciding who is crowned the Season 11 winner. One housemate will take home the N160 million prize, while the rest of the finalists begin life outside the house, where brand deals and fan bases are often just as valuable as the cash.

After a season packed with twists, Sunday night will finally settle it. For many fans, the bigger surprise would be a finale with no twist at all.
