Kumawood Star Lilwin Reveals Struggles with Crippling Illness for Half a Decade
Kumawood actor and musician, Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lilwin, recently revealed that he experienced a five-year period of being physically disabled. Although he did not specify the exact illness, it affected his legs and left him unable to walk.

Lil win did not mention the exact timeframe when this occurred, but it is believed to have happened before he entered the entertainment industry.
The treatment for his condition was extremely expensive, and it depleted all of his mother’s savings. He recounted receiving approximately 15 to 20 injections daily during his time at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Lil win expressed gratitude for his mother’s unwavering support during that challenging period. He considers her support as the best thing that ever happened to him. This is one of the many reasons why he is always willing to make sacrifices for his mother, even if it means giving his last bit of money.
