Shatta Wale and Abena Korkor Share a Kiss at Album Launch

Ghanaian dancehall sensation Shatta Wale and former TV3 presenter Abena Korkor unexpectedly crossed paths at Medikal’s “Planning And Plotting” album listening party in Accra. What turned heads and ignited a social media frenzy was their surprising decision to greet each other with a kiss.

As Shatta Wale made his entrance at the star-studded event, he approached Abena Korkor amidst exchanging pleasantries with others at the table, and to everyone’s astonishment, they shared a kiss.

This public display of affection has generated a flurry of mixed reactions online. Some netizens speculate that a Shatta Wale and Abena Korkor pairing would be a blockbuster hit if it were ever a movie.

Abena Korkor has previously made headlines for her infamous list of men she claimed to have been involved with. Consequently, some fans now humorously suggest that Shatta Wale might find his name added to the list.

One Instagram user quipped, “His name is now registered on the list,” while another added with a laugh, “Please, someone should protect Shatta for me… I don’t want any false accusations. Please 😂😂😂😂. Fella’s facial expression though.”

Another social media commentator mused, “When these troublemakers combine forces, they could shut down the country for months.”

The star-studded album listening party took place at the Marina Mall and was attended by notable figures such as Samini, Lasmid, Afia Schwarzenegger, Fella Makafui, Salma Mumin, and Quamina MP, among others.
