Military personnel stationed at Tema in the Tema Metropolitan Assembly has been captured disciplining a stubborn driver to crawl on his knees.
It is not clear what actually instigated the punishment, but the military personnel looked really angry whiles addressing the driver who was crawling on his knees
But taking into consideration the communication situation and happenings in Ghana, it’s obvious the driver defied the lockdown order.
