1xbet joins woso woho 2026 to support health, movement and community in accra

Accra, Ghana, September 2026 – 1xBet is set to support Woso WoHo 2026 as a supporting partner, joining one of Accra’s notable community health and wellness gatherings focused on movement, active living and bringing people closer together across the city’s diverse communities and local neighbourhoods alike.

Organised by Despite Media Group, Woso WoHo will return on September 26, 2026, welcoming participants to a lively morning featuring walking, aerobics, music, entertainment and community activities.

This year’s route will pass through central Accra, beginning at Achimota Mile 7 and ending at Tesano Police Station. The walk is expected to cover about 3.3 kilometres, while the complete programme is projected to run for roughly four hours because of the various activities scheduled during the event.

A walk to Shake Your Body

Woso WoHo, meaning “Shake Your Body,” has grown into a recognised community gathering that encourages physical activity, wellness and social interaction.

The event brings together the health walk, aerobics, music, dancing and entertainment, creating an exciting setting where participants can exercise while enjoying time with friends, relatives and members of the broader community.

Organisers anticipate thousands of participants, extending the event’s established tradition of attracting people from different parts of Accra.

For 1xBet, supporting the event reflects its ongoing participation in initiatives that bring together sport, active lifestyles and communities.

“Woso WoHo combines movement, entertainment and community spirit in one memorable event. We are happy to support an initiative that encourages people to remain active, connect with others and enjoy a positive experience together,” said a representative of 1xBet Ghana.

1xBalance Point: Responsible Gaming in Practice

During Woso WoHo 2026, 1xBet will also introduce a 1xBalance Point. The dedicated space will allow participants to take a brief break while learning more about the 1xBalance initiative, which encourages responsible gaming.

The initiative focuses on practical principles such as setting personal limits, managing a gaming budget, taking regular breaks and maintaining a healthy balance between entertainment and daily life. At the event, the 1xBalance Point will provide these recommendations in a simple and accessible format.

1xBet supports an active Ghana

As a supporting partner of Woso WoHo 2026, 1xBet will participate in the event alongside organisers, participants and media partners.

The partnership builds on the brand’s interest in connecting with communities through sport and lifestyle activities, while supporting events that give people opportunities to gather, participate and create enjoyable shared memories.

Participants can look forward to an energetic atmosphere throughout the morning, with wellness activities and entertainment adding to the 3.3 km walking route.

Woso WoHo 2026 is scheduled for September 26, with participants starting at Achimota Mile 7 before completing the route at Tesano Police Station.

For 1xBet and Woso WoHo, the message remains simple: stay active, remain connected and enjoy the journey together.
