1xBet Supports Movement, Community and Responsible Gaming at Woso WoHo 2026 in Accra

1xbet supports movement, community and responsible gaming at woso woho 2026 in accra

Accra, Ghana, September 27, 2026 – 1xBet joined Woso WoHo 2026 as a supporting partner and sponsor on September 26, bringing together community engagement, active living and responsible gaming awareness at one of Accra’s established health and wellness events.

Organised by Despite Media Group, Woso WoHo brought participants together for a morning of walking, aerobics, music, dance and entertainment. This year’s 3.3 km route started at Achimota Mile 7 and finished at Tesano Police Station, turning the event into a shared experience centred on movement and community spirit.

Accra moves together

Woso WoHo, which translates as “Shake Your Body,” combines physical activity with entertainment and social interaction, creating an accessible format for people to stay active while spending time with friends, families and other members of the community.

Throughout the event, participants took part in the health walk and accompanying wellness and entertainment activities, maintaining the energetic atmosphere that has become part of Woso WoHo’s identity.

For 1xBet Ghana, supporting the event continued the brand’s involvement in initiatives that connect sport, active lifestyles and local communities.

“Woso WoHo showed once again how movement, entertainment and community spirit can come together in one experience. 1xBet was pleased to support an event that encourages people to stay active, spend time together and enjoy a positive day with their community,” said a representative of 1xBet Ghana.

1xBet adds more to the finish-line experience

At the finish area, 1xBet welcomed participants to its promo zone, adding interactive activities and prize draws to the event programme.

The zone gave participants another opportunity to engage with the brand after completing the walk and extended the event experience beyond the route itself.

The activation reflected 1xBet’s broader approach to community partnerships in Ghana, combining entertainment with direct engagement and creating memorable experiences around major local events.

1xBalance brings responsible gaming into the conversation

Responsible gaming was also part of 1xBet’s presence at Woso WoHo 2026 through the 1xBalance Point.

The dedicated area introduced participants to the principles behind 1xBalance, an initiative focused on maintaining a balanced approach to gaming and everyday life.

Visitors could learn about simple practical habits such as setting personal limits, managing a gaming budget, taking regular breaks and keeping entertainment in balance with other priorities.

By bringing 1xBalance into a health and wellness environment, 1xBet connected responsible gaming with the wider message of balance, awareness and personal wellbeing promoted throughout the event.

Supporting active communities in Ghana

1xBet’s participation in Woso WoHo 2026 forms part of the brand’s continued engagement with communities through sport, lifestyle and entertainment initiatives.

Events such as Woso WoHo create opportunities for people to come together around shared experiences while encouraging movement, social connection and active participation.

For 1xBet, the sponsorship also provided an opportunity to support those values while introducing responsible gaming principles in a practical and accessible format.

From the start at Achimota Mile 7 to the activities at the finish line, Woso WoHo 2026 combined movement, entertainment and community engagement in a lively Saturday morning across Accra.
