Carter Efe Says He Is Married to His Streaming Career
Nigerian comedian and streamer Carter Efe has revealed that he has no plans to get married, insisting that he does not expect his decision to change as he gets older.
Speaking during a recent interview with British media personality Madame Joyce, Carter Efe said his main priority is building his streaming career rather than pursuing marriage.
The 24-year-old content creator explained that he considers his work his primary focus and does not want marriage to distract him from his ambitions.
“I don’t want to get married, and I won’t change my mind with time. I got married to my job. I want to focus on streaming. That is my baby.”
Carter Efe, born in 2001, also expressed frustration that some people do not believe his stated age. He maintained that despite being relatively young, he is firm about his decision not to marry.

The streamer already has a child with his former partner, Emmanuella. Their relationship ended after a highly publicised breakup, during which both parties accused each other of infidelity.
Carter Efe has also recently spoken about the pressure social media can place on relationships involving content creators. He said his own experience taught him not to allow an online audience to dictate his personal life.
For now, the comedian appears determined to put his energy into streaming and content creation, making it clear that marriage is not part of his plans.
