Fireboy DML Unveils 13-Track ‘ZUKO

Fireboy DML has shown fans exactly what to expect from his new album. A day before its Friday release, the YBNL singer has unveiled the full 13-track tracklist for “ZUKO!”, his fifth studio album, and it carries features from Lojay, Jamaican dancehall star Masicka, South Africa’s JAZZWRLD and Thukuthela, and Judah Earl.

The album is set to land on Friday, October 16, 2026, through YBNL Nation and EMPIRE. With the song list now public, attention has shifted from the slow-burn rollout to the music itself.

The Features: Lagos, Kingston and South Africa

The guest list shows how wide Fireboy wants this album to travel. Rather than lean only on big Nigerian names, he has reached across the Atlantic and down to Southern Africa.

Lojay on “GODDESS”

The only Nigerian guest on the project is Lojay, who joins Fireboy on track four, “GODDESS”. Both singers are known for smooth, melodic love songs, so fans are already expecting a soft romantic record.

Masicka on “CLAAT!”

“CLAAT!” was the first single from the album and arrived in August. It pairs Fireboy’s Afropop melodies with the rough dancehall delivery of Jamaican star Masicka. The song was produced by Ramii, and Fireboy handles both the opening and the hook.

JAZZWRLD and Thukuthela on “IMALI”

“IMALI” followed in September and leans into South Africa’s 3-step and Amapiano-related sounds. According to notjustok, it was Fireboy’s first collaboration with South African acts. Fireboy described it as the last single before the album, and Premium Times reports that the song made it onto the Official Nigeria Top 100 chart.

What the Title Means

The album name is a nod to Prince Zuko, the well-known character from the animated series “Avatar: The Last Airbender”. Zuko’s story is about exile, finding himself and earning redemption.

That theme has shaped the whole campaign. Fireboy has leaned on red visuals, a tailored red suit and cinematic clips, and he has also shared “THE RED COUCH SESSION: ZUKO!” content on YouTube. We covered the start of that rollout when he confirmed the October 16 release date for ZUKO! earlier this month.

Fireboy DML’s Album Journey So Far

ZUKO! is the latest step in a run that started with his 2019 debut, “Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps”, which gave fans hits like “Jealous” and “Vibrations”.

He returned in 2020 with “Apollo”. Two years later came “Playboy”, released during the global run of “Peru”, the hit that later got a remix with Ed Sheeran.

In 2024 he dropped “Adedamola”, named after his birth name. It was a more personal project and featured Jon Batiste and Seun Kuti. ZUKO! is his first full-length album since then.

Why This Album Matters

Fireboy remains one of the strongest voices on Olamide’s YBNL roster, and every album he drops is closely watched.

The mix of Nigerian, Jamaican and South African guests also shows a clear plan to reach new audiences. With dancehall, 3-step and his usual love songs all in the mix, ZUKO! could be one of his most varied projects yet.

Final Word

With the tracklist out and the release just hours away, Fireboy DML fans finally have the full picture of ZUKO!. Thirteen songs, five features and a clear story about fire and redemption are now set to arrive on Friday. Keep an eye on Halmblog for more on the album once it drops.
