About This Event

Swap the city noise for the cool Aburi hills at Pink in the Hills, a breast cancer awareness wellness day at Aburi Beposo Wellness Resort on Saturday, 31 October 2026, rounding off Pink October in a calm and caring way.

Hosted by Beposo Resort with R&R Wellness and The Accra London Health Centre, the day mixes movement, self-care and real health information. Guests rotate through yoga, breathwork, skincare, candle making, smoothie making and a short recovery lounge session, then hear a breast health talk from Dr Vanessa Apea. A breast ultrasound screening, pink afternoon tea, snacks, drinks and a goody bag are all included.

The day ends with a closing circle and a golden hour by the pool. Best of all, every cedi left after costs goes to a breast cancer charity. Bring comfortable clothes for yoga, plus swimwear and a towel if you plan to use the pool.
