The Discerning Listener Series closes out the year in style with Irina Curca Plays Brahms Violin Sonatas at the British Council Hall, Liberia Road, Accra on Friday, 18 December 2026.

Violinist Irina Curca and pianist George Francois will perform Brahms’ Sonata No. 1 in G major, the Scherzo in C minor from the “F-A-E Sonata” and the Violin Sonata No. 3 in D minor, closing with Massenet’s much-loved “Méditation” from Thaïs. Charles Eshun hosts, with immersive visuals by @iamadinkra.
