Kuami Eugene’s First Car Revelation Questioned

Lynx Entertainment signed musician, Kuami Eugene, recently stated in an interview that he purchased cars at a young age, making him one of the few young acts in the Ghanaian music industry to do so. He revealed that he bought his first car, an Elantra, at the age of 19 after his single “Angela” became highly popular in Ghana.

According to Kuami Eugene, the car cost him approximately Ghc45,000, and acquiring it was a significant milestone for him as it was the first time he had amassed such a substantial amount of money.

However, following the public’s reaction to Kuami Eugene’s revelation, a Twitter user named Henry Asiamah claimed that the “Cryptocurrency” hitmaker was lying. Henry asserted that he was Kuami Eugene’s friend during that time and was the one who used to drive him to a music studio in Odorko, Accra. To support his claims, Henry shared a photo of himself, Kuami Eugene, and another individual.

He stated that Kuami Eugene did not own a car at that time and had just joined hitmaker, a reality TV show for aspiring musicians. Henry suggested that the age difference and the desire to appear more accomplished in the entertainment industry might have influenced Kuami Eugene’s statements. He further mentioned that they had grown apart after Kuami Eugene rose to fame but acknowledged that life goes on.
