The album was led by the singles “Where Do We Go” and “Tornado,” and it includes “Gimme Dat,” her collaboration with Wizkid. Her romantic duet with Zayn, “Heaven Baby,” has also been one of her big records this year. You can catch up on our coverage of the “Heaven Baby” music video with Zayn.

What About Africa?
The tour poster lists no African dates. However, Ayra Starr made it clear that home has not been forgotten. “Africa I’ll see you in December,” she wrote in her announcement.
She has not shared which cities she will visit or what kind of shows to expect. With December being the busiest month for concerts in Lagos and Accra, fans are already guessing she could be part of the festive season. Big names are lining up for the holidays, with Brandy set to headline Flytime’s House of R&B in Lagos on December 20. Until Ayra confirms details, though, the African leg remains a promise rather than a schedule.
Fresh From an NFL History-Making Moment
The timing of the announcement is no accident. On Sunday, October 11, Ayra Starr headlined the halftime show at the NFL International Game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, becoming the first African artist to do so.
She performed “Heaven Baby,” “Rush” and “Hot Body” in front of a huge crowd and a global TV audience. Read our full report on how Ayra Starr made history at the NFL London halftime show.
Ayra Starr’s Rise So Far
Ayra Starr’s career took off in 2021 with her debut album 19 & Dangerous. Since then, she has built one of the strongest global profiles of any young African artist.
She has more than seven billion streams worldwide and over one billion views on YouTube. She has also earned two Grammy nominations in the Best African Music Performance category, including one for her breakout hit “Rush.”
The Starrgirl run comes about three years after she announced her first headlining world tour in 2023. This time, she returns with bigger rooms on her list, including Zenith Paris, Forest National in Brussels and Brooklyn Paramount in New York.
Closing Thoughts
From a historic halftime show on Sunday to a world tour announcement on Monday, Ayra Starr is having a big week. With 20 shows confirmed abroad and a December homecoming teased, the “Starrgirl” era is clearly just getting started. Fans should mark Friday, October 16, on their calendars if they want to secure a ticket.
