Femi Adebayo
Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has opened the doors of Euphoria 360 Hub, a large film and media production facility in Oregun, Lagos. Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat officially commissioned the hub on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in a ceremony that drew some of the biggest names in Nigerian film, including Odunlade Adekola, Kunle Afolayan, Ramsey Nouah and Richard Mofe-Damijo.
The launch has quickly become one of the most talked-about Nollywood stories of the week, with video tours of the building spreading across social media and fans praising the actor for raising the bar for the industry.
What Is Euphoria 360 Hub?
The new facility is the headquarters of Euphoria360 Media Limited, the production company behind Femi Adebayo’s hit projects Agesinkole (King of Thieves), Jagun Jagun and Seven Doors.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the hub is built to handle almost every stage of content creation, from shooting to final delivery.
Facilities at the hub
- Cinema-grade film and television production spaces
- Post-production suites for video editing, colour grading, motion graphics and sound design
- Visual effects and sound mixing services
- Music video production, recording studios and event spaces
- Equipment rentals, content distribution, advertising, PR and media consultancy services
Pulse Nigeria reported that the building also includes accommodation and kitchen facilities for cast and crew, while Legit.ng reported that the hub has two cinema screens.
A film academy for young creatives
The hub is also home to the Euphoria360 Film Academy. It will run training programmes, workshops, masterclasses and internships for emerging filmmakers and content creators, giving young talent a place to learn on the job.
Femi Adebayo: ‘A Moment of Becoming’
Speaking about the launch, Femi Adebayo described the hub as a dream he had carried for a long time. “Today, I get to celebrate a dream that started as a vision and has now become a living reality,” he said.
He added: “This is more than a launch. It is a moment of becoming. A reminder that with faith, courage, persistence and the right people around you, dreams can take form.”
The actor also thanked his family, colleagues and supporters for standing by him on the journey.
Oga Bello Gets Emotional
One of the most touching moments of the day came from Femi’s father, veteran actor Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello. Pulse Nigeria reported that the respected Yoruba film icon struggled to hold back tears as he spoke about his son’s achievement.
“This achievement is a testament to his hard work, dedication and passion for the creative industry,” Oga Bello said, according to the News Agency of Nigeria.
Veteran actress Peju Ogunmola also shared her joy. “Every time I see Femi Adebayo succeed, I always pray to God that does it for Adebayo Salami to also let me eat the fruit of my labor,” she said.
Nollywood Stars Turn Up in Support
The commissioning felt like a family reunion for Nollywood. Apart from Deputy Governor Hamzat, guests included Odunlade Adekola, Kunle Afolayan, Ramsey Nouah, Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD), Dele Odule, Yemi Sodimu and Peju Ogunmola.
Their presence showed how much respect Femi Adebayo has earned across both the Yoruba film scene and mainstream Nollywood.
Davido’s ‘B4 B4’ was shot there first
Interestingly, the facility was already in use before the official launch. Afrobeats star Davido shot the music video for his song “B4 B4”, featuring Mayorkun and FOLA, at the hub before it was commissioned.
‘Na Here E Start’ – Femi Replies Viral Comment
As video tours of the building went viral, one user on X joked about how much the project must have cost, writing: “Omoh, Na here money finish bruh.”
Femi Adebayo responded with a witty reply in pidgin: “O ga ju no be here money finish ooo, na here e start oo.” In simple terms, he was saying the hub is not where his money ended, but where new returns will begin.
Pulse Nigeria put the value of the project at ₦40 billion. Femi Adebayo has not publicly broken down the cost himself.
How Fans Reacted
Social media users were full of praise for the actor. Some said the hub could shake up the cinema business, while others asked him to take the idea to more states.
- @olatemi_olamide wrote: “Cinemas owner in Nigeria are finished. Femi Adebayo don spoil market for una.”
- @Usmanashafe said: “They should extend that to states like Oyo, Osun, Ogun and Kwara. They won’t have to settle for less anymore.”
- @Alex_Rico added: “No be small money them use run this thing. His colleagues are doing cultural movie village and he did something different.”
Why It Matters for Nollywood
Nollywood has grown fast in recent years, with big cinema releases and returning classics such as Issakaba: The Return drawing fresh attention to Nigerian films. But many filmmakers still struggle to find well-equipped studios and post-production spaces at home.
A one-stop facility that handles shooting, editing, sound, visual effects and training under one roof could help more producers finish high-quality projects in Nigeria. Pulse Nigeria also noted that the launch comes as Nollywood gears up for the busy Detty December season.
